This is how we are designing it, based on what experts in that trade do and don't do. It may change before it can be hired.
What it will do
- Gather the client's brief: type of work, location, plot, m², rooms, budget and timeline
- Book a meeting or a site visit
- Say which documents to bring (deed, zoning report, property tax) according to the studio's list
- Report stage progress that the architect marks
- Remind of the stage payments agreed in the contract
What it will never do
- Give construction or fee prices outside the ranges the architect set
- Give opinions on structure, soil or whether «another floor can be built»
- Promise municipal approval dates
- Send plans or files without the architect's approval
- Make designs or renders on its own
