Four steps, no tech skills needed

You say what you need and explain how you work. The app sets up each agent, you try it and, when you like it, you connect your WhatsApp.

  1. Say what you need

Choose the assistant you're missing. If you can't find it, describe it in your own words: the app shows you what it understood and your request is recorded.

  2. Tell it about your business

Simple questions about your business and that agent's job: prices, hours, how you get paid, which cases you handle yourself. For each one it suggests what has worked best for that job. You can also upload your documents.

  3. Try it first

Talk to your assistant as if you were a customer, in a test space that doesn't message anyone. If you don't like something, you change it by saying so in your own words.

  4. Connect your WhatsApp

We review your setup, approve it and you connect your number. From then on your agents work and you see every conversation in the app.

You say what you need. The app takes you step by step.

In your own words

When you sign in, the app asks what you want to use Constela for. You answer however you like, for example «I run a clinic and appointments slip my mind», and it tells you which assistant fits, why and what it doesn't do. It only recommends the ones that exist.

If it doesn't exist yet

Describe it in «Add your assistant»: the app instantly shows you what it understood and up to three questions. Your request is recorded; we confirm whether it can be done and its price, and nothing is charged until you accept.

Questions with a suggested answer

During setup, each question comes with the answer that has worked best and why. You choose; what doesn't apply to the way you work isn't asked.

Upload what you already have. You approve what it learns.

Your price list, your catalog, your policies or an exported WhatsApp chat. Your assistant proposes what it learned and, next to it, the exact sentence from the document it took it from.

  • You review and approve change by change: nothing is applied on its own.
  • If a price isn't in the document, it isn't proposed. If the document says two different things, it asks you.
  • From an exported chat it learns the frequent questions and their answers, without your customers' data.
  • The file isn't kept: only its name and what you applied are recorded.
  • It reads PDF, Excel (.xlsx), photos (JPG, PNG) and text (.txt, .csv).

Talk to your agents before your customers do

In «Try it» you write to it as if you were a customer, in a test space that doesn't message anyone. If you don't like something, you change it by saying so in your own words, and try again.

By QR code today; Meta's official connection, on the way

By QR code: it connects in minutes with your usual number, by scanning a code as you do when you open WhatsApp on your computer. It's quick, but it isn't the official way: WhatsApp may block the number. If you choose it, the app explains that risk and you accept it.

Official (from Meta): the recommended and safest way for your number. We are enabling it; you can request it from the app and we'll let you know. With the official one, Meta charges for service messages beyond the 1,000 free per number each month, at its own prices (who pays and how).

We review your setup and 7 free days begin

No agent serves real customers until we have reviewed and approved your setup. When you connect your WhatsApp, 7 days begin in which they serve your real customers free of charge. Pricing, payments and notices
