The price, before we charge
We confirm the price of each assistant before charging. The ones marked «Coming soon» can't be hired yet.
- The first 7 days are free.
- After that you pay in advance, every 30 days, by bank transfer.
- We remind you 3 days and 1 day before it is due.
- If a payment doesn't arrive, there are 3 days of grace. Your data is never deleted because of it.
With the official connection, Meta bills its messages separately
You pay Meta directly
With the official WhatsApp connection, each business pays for its messages directly to Meta, with its own card on its own WhatsApp account. They don't go through us and you see in Meta what you spend.
1,000 free replies a month
Each number gets 1,000 free service messages a month: replies within 24 hours of your customer's message. From message 1,001, Meta charges its own prices. Unused messages don't roll over.
What doesn't count
Messages your customers send you are free. Notices outside those 24 hours (for example, an appointment reminder) go in Meta-approved messages billed separately.
