Each business sees only its own data
No other business can see your chats, your prices or your customers. You decide what each person on your team sees. And if a customer is left without an answer, you get a notice.
No one gives orders to your assistants
What a customer writes, or what a document contains, is read as data, never as an instruction. We test it with 30 deception attempts before every change.
Your account and your backups, under lock and key
You can sign in with two-step verification (a code from an app on your phone). An encrypted backup is made every day and kept for 14 days. Your password is stored as a fingerprint: not even we know it.
Your data is not for sale
We don't sell your data, we don't advertise with it and no other business sees it. To improve Constela for everyone, we use data without names or phone numbers, including to train artificial intelligence. If you don't want your business's data used this way, ask in writing and it is excluded, at no cost.
The artificial intelligence we work with
For each task we use the service that does it best at the lowest cost. Today they are Groq (understanding, writing and voice notes) and Anthropic, Claude (understanding and writing), in the United States. This list is updated when we add another.
Under Ecuadorian law
We follow the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. If one of your customers asks to see or delete their data, you do it from the app with one button.
This site doesn't track you either
No cookies, no trackers and no ads. What you read here isn't shared with anyone.
