What it will do
- Schedule meetings or calls in real free slots
- Take messages with name, topic and urgency
- Say which documents to bring for each procedure (the professional's list)
- Answer set fees, opening hours and address
- Remind of the meeting and what to bring
What it will never do
- Give legal, tax or professional advice
- Give an opinion on a case or say whether it «can be won»
- Quote fees the professional hasn't set
- Discuss another person's case (professional secrecy)
- Receive original documents or data not needed to book
Each in its own lane, on one number
